Refund Policy

Overview

At LUXE Romantic Escapes, we understand that plans can change. We are committed to handling all cancellation and refund requests with fairness and transparency. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking, as different terms apply depending on the service purchased and the timing of the cancellation.

 

Planning Service Fees

Fees paid for LUXE planning services (LUXE Essential, LUXE Signature Romance, LUXE Elite Luxury) are non-refundable once a planning session has been conducted or work has commenced on your behalf. This includes the time, research, and expertise dedicated to curating your personalized experience.

If you cancel prior to your planning session commencing, a credit toward a future session may be offered at our discretion, subject to a minimum of 72 hours' notice.

 

Honeymoon & Travel Packages

 

Cancellations by the Client

The following cancellation schedule applies to travel packages booked through LUXE Romantic Escapes:

  • More than 90 days before travel: Full refund of amounts paid, less a 15% administrative fee

  • 60–89 days before travel: 25% refund of amounts paid

  • Less than 60 days before travel: No refund

 

Please note that third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) may apply their own cancellation and non-refund policies, which may differ from the above. LUXE Romantic Escapes will communicate applicable third-party terms at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations by LUXE Romantic Escapes

In the rare event that LUXE Romantic Escapes must cancel a package due to circumstances within our control, clients will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to us, or the option to rebook at no additional cost.

 

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Travel insurance premiums

  • Visa and passport-related fees

  • Deposits on specially negotiated or non-refundable supplier rates (as disclosed at time of booking)

  • Airfare, depending on the airline. Most usually issue a Travel Credit.

 

Payment Plan Clients

Clients on the LUXE Elite Luxury payment plan who cancel mid-plan will be refunded in accordance with the schedule above, based on the total amounts paid at the time of cancellation, less any non-refundable third-party costs already committed.

How to Request a Refund

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to LUXE Romantic Escapes via email at luxeromscapes@gmail.com or by calling 876-496-6877. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and returned via the original payment method where possible.

 

Changes to This Policy

LUXE Romantic Escapes reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website and will apply to bookings made after the effective date of the update.
