1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, purchasing a package, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. LUXE Romantic Escapes reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

 

2. Services Provided

LUXE Romantic Escapes offers the following services:

  • Personalized and Curated Honeymoon Packages

  • Honeymoon Planning Sessions

  • Anniversary Trip Planning

  • Proposal Trips and Coordination

All services are subject to availability. We act as a planning and coordination service and are not directly responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

 

3. Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as outlined in your service agreement. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. LUXE Romantic Escapes reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to full payment confirmation due to changes in supplier rates, taxes, or currency fluctuations.

Clients opting for the LUXE Elite Luxury package may be eligible for our payment plan system, subject to the terms outlined in their individual service agreement.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all personal details provided are accurate and complete

  • Obtaining valid travel documents, passports, and visas as required

  • Arranging appropriate travel insurance for their trip

  • Adhering to the health, safety, and entry requirements of their destination

LUXE Romantic Escapes will not be held liable for losses arising from a client's failure to meet these responsibilities.

 

5. Modifications & Cancellations

Any request to modify or cancel a booking must be submitted in writing. Modification and cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and nature of the request, and in accordance with third-party supplier policies. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

LUXE Romantic Escapes acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or disappointment arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, airline disruptions, or supplier insolvency.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid to LUXE Romantic Escapes for the service in question.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, itineraries, and branding, is the intellectual property of LUXE Romantic Escapes and AW Adventures. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
